{"id":1703,"date":"2024-08-13T06:30:00","date_gmt":"2024-08-13T11:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alasmedios.com\/?p=1703"},"modified":"2024-08-12T20:01:20","modified_gmt":"2024-08-13T01:01:20","slug":"hidalgo-a-la-mesa-capacitacion-y-calidad-en-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alasmedios.com\/index.php\/2024\/08\/13\/hidalgo-a-la-mesa-capacitacion-y-calidad-en-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Hidalgo a la mesa: capacitaci\u00f3n y calidad en 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Capacitaci\u00f3n y Certificaci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica 2024: Secturh profesionaliza la gastronom\u00eda tradicional en Hidalgo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Turismo de Hidalgo (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/SECTURHidalgo\">Secturh<\/a>) ha anunciado el inicio del Programa de Profesionalizaci\u00f3n y Certificaci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una rueda de prensa celebrada en las instalaciones de la dependencia, Elizabeth Quintanar G\u00f3mez, titular de Secturh, dio a conocer que uno de los componentes clave del programa ser\u00e1 la capacitaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n de cocineras tradicionales en varios municipios del estado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este enfoque estrat\u00e9gico tiene como objetivo principal preservar y potenciar la riqueza culinaria de Hidalgo, alineando a estas cocineras con los est\u00e1ndares de calidad que demanda el mercado tur\u00edstico contempor\u00e1neo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-foco-en-la-cocina-tradicional\"><strong>Foco en la cocina tradicional<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201c<em>Daremos prioridad a la alineaci\u00f3n de cocineras y cocineros tradicionales con el est\u00e1ndar EC1084, que asegura la calidad y autenticidad en la preparaci\u00f3n de platillos tradicionales<\/em>\u201d, declar\u00f3 Quintanar. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Los municipios seleccionados para iniciar este proceso son <strong>Ixmiquilpan, Santiago de Anaya y Huejutla de Reyes<\/strong>, reconocidos por su rica tradici\u00f3n culinaria y su aporte a la identidad cultural del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CONTIN\u00daA LEYENDO: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alasmedios.com\/index.php\/2024\/08\/12\/dif-hidalgo-refuerza-la-atencion-integral-a-la-ninez\/\">DIF Hidalgo refuerza la atenci\u00f3n integral a la ni\u00f1ez \u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta iniciativa busca mejorar las habilidades de las cocineras tradicionales, permiti\u00e9ndoles no solo preservar su legado cultural, sino tambi\u00e9n ofrecer un servicio de mayor calidad a los turistas que visitan la regi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al profesionalizar la preparaci\u00f3n de los platillos tradicionales, se fortalece la identidad cultural y se posiciona la cocina tradicional como un atractivo tur\u00edstico de primer orden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-esfuerzo-para-elevar-la-competitividad-turistica\"><strong>Un esfuerzo para elevar la competitividad tur\u00edstica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El Programa de Profesionalizaci\u00f3n y Certificaci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica 2024 es parte de un esfuerzo m\u00e1s amplio para elevar la competitividad del turismo en el estado de Hidalgo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incluye la capacitaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de <strong>mil prestadores de servicios tur\u00edsticos en 41 cursos<\/strong>, que abarcan <strong>19 temas esenciales<\/strong>. Estas actividades se llevar\u00e1n a cabo en <strong>23 municipios<\/strong>, cubriendo las <strong>12 regiones<\/strong> de Hidalgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El enfoque integral del programa no solo busca profesionalizar a los prestadores de servicios tur\u00edsticos, sino tambi\u00e9n impulsar la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos y garantizar una experiencia enriquecedora y aut\u00e9ntica para los
